How do I choose the right running shoe size?
We recommend measuring your foot in centimeters and adding 0.5 to 1 cm for wiggle room. Since feet swell during runs, most athletes prefer a half-size larger than their casual footwear.
What is your return policy for performance footwear?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that shoes showing signs of road use or trail wear cannot be returned.
How long does shipping take for domestic orders?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Express shipping options are available at checkout if you need your gear before race day.
